Smashed electronics are recycled , we have a local small business pick up all recyclable items. We carefully sort, to reduce what is destined for the landfill.

We work hard to ensure that everyone has a smashing good time and we want to make sure everyone is safe while taking out some much needed frustrations. We provide PPE gear for each person which includes: face and eye protection,full length coveralls, cut resistant gloves, head protection.

We recommend comfortable light clothing or sports clothing and comfortable but thicker soul shoes. We do not allow any type of open toed footwear(sandals, flip flops, crocs, Uggs, slippers etc). Your feet must be completely covered in order to participate in a smash room. There are No Exceptions!!!

Our insurance doesn’t allow alcohol on the premises and this will be strictly enforced. We expect respectful behaviour and in case of an altercation the authorities will be called and you will be asked to leave without a refund, We appreciate your cooperation with this.

YES! We have a package especially for bringing your own stuff but they must be included in the list of approved items and will need to be approved by staff before entering a room. Items must fit into our basket. And as long as they don’t contain any liquids, food, nor biodegradable/organic matter.

At Broken Pieces Rage Room we have thought of just about every weapon needed to make sure your experience is a fun and safe one. We offer a great selection, and for safety reasons can only use the weapons we provide.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session. In order to keep our bookings efficient and have the room ready for our next guest we will be adhering to the time slots you choose. If you are late – sadly it will reduce the time you have in the room, and no refund will be given if you choose to not participate.

All sales are final. If you are unable to attend within 48 hours – A gift card or store credit will be issued. If cancelling within 24 hours – no refund will be issued. You can rebook online here by Contacting us

In the event of an altercation or inappropriate behaviour toward staff- authorities will be called and no refund will be issued or offered.

If you do not show up for your booking for whatever reason we will not be offered a refund. There are no exceptions.

We do have our limits. We do not allow anything with a permanent battery, anything with liquids, food, nor biodegradable/organic matter as well as any “white goods” (fridge, water cooler, freezer etc) We have the right to refuse any items that you bring in, at our discretion, for safety reasons.

We can accommodate children as young as 8 years of age in our Rage Rooms. Children under 16 years  MUST have parental consent. Ages 8-12 MUST be accompanied by an adult in the room

Most of our items are at the end of their lifespan and can not be used or sold. We are happy to be able to give them one last send off before recycling. The best thing about us having these items greatly increases the chance of these being recycled instead of heading to a landfill. We do from time to time get dishes that are salvageable and we help individuals in the community that may be in need and starting out on their own.

We have a variety of options for groups and your business needs. We can make arrangements to accommodate groups of many sizes up to 15 people between our 2 Glass Rooms and Car Room. Please Contact us to find out more.

We ask that participants arrive at least 15 Mins early to get waiver signed and to get dressed in safety gear.

Every room at Broken Pieces Rage Room is equipped with a phone holder, so you can easily record videos or snap photos during your session. Whether you’re smashing for fun, stress relief, or just creating awesome content—you’re in control of capturing it all.
